“The only real problem is that they have done landscaping over the municipal property that leads to the federal property of the mailbox in front.
I hope this is brought to the attention of the manager before I petition the city of Woburn to rezone them.

“Have only had positive experiences. They personally called when there was an odd incident with a phone call from someone impersonating my father trying to find out the balance on his account. Thanks to their vigilance, I filed the odd report to the Woburn police which helped them establish a pattern and arrest a check fraud suspect. Unfortunately my father wrote a check from a different bank as a tip to his newspaper carrier ( the suspect) and that account was compromised and the source of identity theft. Our Northern account was never compromised and they even toughened up their online security shortly after this incident.”
