While I waited for the car to be ready, Mario offered me his office and made me feel very comfortable to work. It was above and beyond service. Not expected but truly appreciate it. “The staff at George's take all the pain away from getting in an accident! The office staff makes the process so simple. They work with the insurance company and have a rental car ready for you. When the work is done, you just pick up your car and leave the rental at the shop. Sharon is so friendly and helpful! I've had my car repaired here three times, and each time it comes out looking better than it ever did. They take the time to paint match exactly and fully detail the vehicle. Jack does incredible work in the body shop! Highly recommend this shop!”

“I didn’t get to actually go into Salem Street Auto Body for service of my vehicle, however I felt the urge to write this review because of the incredible customer service experience I received. I have been dealing with the nightmares of Carvana (if you know you know) and when I went to get my state inspection I was told that I had to have my windshield tint removed. I called and immediately they answered and were trying to help me navigate the process, while sharing similar frustrations with Carvana. The manager could hear my frustration and stress and agreed to move his entire schedule around just to help me through this when he has been repeatedly left unpaid by Carvana in the past. Even though he knew the staff had a full schedule he was willing to make it work with me. To me, that’s going above and beyond for the customer regardless of the shops own poor experience with Carvana. Carvana is a nightmare unorganized mess who has made my car purchase have issues every single step of the way so to have someone like Salem St Auto supporting me through it was awesome. Thank you!”

“Joe Keane is great. When this narrow black strip of fiberglass at the end of my Mini Cooper's roof -- the spoiler? -- suddenly got all washed out, gray, and pitted, it no longer matched the black paint of the rest of the roof and brought down the whole look of the car. I went to Keane's Auto Body at the suggestion of my former (now retired) auto body guy, and Joe said I could save a lot of money by having Matt Riccardi (Riccardi's Automotive Detailing & Paint Protection) cover it with vinyl. I was leery, but it came out FANTASTIC. The spoiler completely matches the roof now. And I'll definitely be bringing my future auto body business to Joe Keane — thankful for the honest take.”
