“These guys are so kind and helpful! I pulled in there because I had an issue with my car where the sunroof glass randomly exploded into pieces due to a manufacturing defect. I pulled into their shop simply asking if I could leave my car in their parking lot, because me and my wife were on the way to an NHL game at TD garden and we now needed to take an Uber bc my car wasn't safe to drive. They not only allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot until later that night, the owner also offered to cover the broken window with crash wrap for no charge! “Brought my car into the shop today for an estimate on a dent in the front of my car. My car is a 2010 and I did not want to spend a lot of money as it has other marks on it. Travis assessed the situation and we discussed what my options were. I was not pressured. He took me right away and was able to help with the dent immediately and I didn't have to wait. The price was reasonable and then some, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I've been to this shop before, and every time they are professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. “We had an overall good experience at the body shop. Our car was deemed totaled by insurance but we wanted to have it fixed. They did an overall excellent job repairing it and it now looks as if the accident never happened and the car drives very well. The price is also very reasonable compared to other places. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are very busy and often underestimate the time it will take. So be prepared to potentially wait a long time for the work to be done. But it will be done very well if you have the time.”
