“I came here on a Friday night 2 hours before closing time. The store was clean and I was able to find what I needed instantly. There was no line at the cashier and I was in and out. Family dollar I will be back!”
“To start that conversation off it's not Bedford it was Waltham and you know I've got some really good stuff from Ocean Job lot but just a couple of days ago I tried to buy a full-size sheet and comforters the comforter that was reversible was filthy absolutely disgusting and I told one of the cashiers to put a note on it please do not sell it it was disgusting it had stains and dirty and filthy it was just horrible.”

“You can’t go wrong on many things, if ur buying cleaning supplies or hygiene product ur throwing money away if not buying here . Great prices on bedding, towels etc etc from low quality to high quality . The check out process more times then not are a nightmare, seems like there many employees but usually only 2 registers so don’t expect to get in and out of there for one item!”

Great store to leisurely stroll through often coming accross products you don't normally find in other local stores which I love about shopping here. They also have a bunch of Crazy Deals throughout the store and online where you can get up to the entire purchase price back in a Crazy Deal gift card to use on a later date at least 24 hours later which really comes in handy in this economy”
“For a bargain shopping store, they were well stocked with an abundance of options to select from. I found things I didn't know I wanted/needed. The cashier was pleasant and knew the proper way to pack a bag - a refreshing find these days!”

“You guys...I love yall but please dont increase the merch. We are struggling and Tj Maxx is the place we can rely on for simple items at a reasonable price like Socks...I have bought them there and other items but today I notice several packs of socks increased. Its no longer worth purchasing. 6 pairs for 7.99 and literally a few weeks ago there were 10 packs for that price. Paleeeeeese keep those items at a deal. If yall need to increase anything, do so for purses and items that are not needed for daily living/work. Yall are all we got ? mercy!”

You get greeted with a warm hello as you walk in the door and they happen to be there. Then, there is the selection of tchotchke, whether electronics, candy, makeup, etc you'll end up buying more than you thought you were planning.”
“I’m a longtime fan of the store and was worried it wouldn’t be the same after it moved locations. Luckily the soul of the place is very much intact and I was helped by Eric, who was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The homemade candles they carry are beautiful and the one I gave as a Christmas gift was a huge hit!”

“Staff were friendly and greeted us. The cashier stepped out to help us find something and even gave suggestions. Some items are cheaper than anywhere else while some felt pricey. The selection is huge! Furniture, to house goods, decorations and even cookware. Definitely a good spot to check out.”
“Just wanted to give a big shout to the staff and the manager Braden, I believe was his name? You know, this company keeps raising prices at each time they raise Prices or they trying to sneak in five dollar items(At the same quality as all the products) I continuously lose Faith in not Just the dollar tree, but many larger forces in general. But the staff and the customers are always super friendly and helpful. And the manager at the store just now really helped me out. It’s been a really stressful and hard past few weeks but this simple act of kindness made me stop and reevaluate. Dawg was just spreading happiness with that smile he gave me as I walked into the door even. Take care n thank you”

She said she didn't know but at the end the friendly manager arrived and just told us that we had to twist the stick So when we turned it over, it didn't come out and she said, bring more free chewing gum. And if the owner of this dollar sees this, please fire the workers who are from Jamaica, Brazil or Portugal, they are the worst cashiers I have ever met and sometimes they charge more. of what it is and they are angry about taking the money and of course the nice lady was a very kind lady from Asia :)

“Clean, well organized Dollar Tree store. I stopped in here to get some bath products and their selection was good and plentiful....I guess with any dollar store, it all depends on when you visit and if the truck had just delivered the day before...that is usually the best bet for selection.I usually ask the staff what day of the week do they get deliveries and most of the time, they tell me (usually twice a week)...sometimes....they just don't know...Most items are $1.25, but nothing is OVER that price point.”

“BD's is located on Broadway, Chelsea, and has an amazing array of low-cost items as an alternative to higher priced stores, I bought RCA cables that were $1.99 there, similar cables in Target go for around $20.00”
“This Dollar Tree is very well stocked and well maintained. Shelves are usually full, and the store stays tidy and organized. It also does not have the usual cluttered or odd smell that some locations have.
The staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. Overall, a great experience and no complaints.”

“I always enjoy visiting my local Five Below. The store is well-kept, clean, and organized, making it easy to find whatever I’m looking for, whether it’s a fun new gadget, some affordable home decor, or a quick snack. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, and the staff plays a big part in that. They’re always friendly and helpful, and I’m consistently greeted with a smile when I walk through the door.
One thing I appreciate about this location is how well-stocked it usually is. I rarely have trouble finding what I need, and if I do, the staff is always around to help out. Their customer service is definitely a highlight and makes every shopping trip feel positive.
However, the checkout process is where things could be a bit smoother. I wish I could use the self-checkout on my own, as it would make the whole experience faster and more convenient. I understand that the setup might be due to specific store policies, but it would be great if they could find a way to balance those with customer convenience. Even so, it’s not a deal-breaker, just something to consider. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to shop, and I always leave with something fun.”
“EVEN ON A DAY LIKE TODAY YOU COULD ACTUALLY ENJOYLIFE. UPON WALKING IN TO THE STORE I WAS ASTONISHED THAT IT WAS FRIGGIN EMPTY. GIVEN THE FACT IT WAS 746AM COULD HAVE PLAYED A ROLE. I fully took advantage of this blessed window of opportunity, usually it's a mad house in there. DON'T EVEN GET ME GOING....
