“Like other reviewers, I've been bringing machines to Gagan Singh for years and have been consistently impressed by his knowledge, the quality of his work, his reliability, and the speed with which he turns stuff around. And his fees are more than reasonable. Our latest visit was to diagnose why the first gaming computer my son built wouldn't fire up, and Gagan quickly identified the issues, explained them to my son, fixed them, and did some additional cable management that made the build more pleasing aesthetically. And he charged very little for his time and expertise. We hope not to have to come back -- who wants a computer that needs repair -- but feel lucky to have a place in which we have such confidence.”

“I dropped my Google Pixel phone and the display broke, leaving me with a non-functioning display. I brought my phone to his shop and not only did Valentino happen to have a replacement screen for my (8 year old) model, but had it repaired in about 40 minutes. His pricing was very reasonable too.”

“I couldn't agree more with other reviewers. I have an Epson all in one that stopped printing black awhile ago. I have another printer that does print black so just used it. I tried to solve the problem myself to no avail. Called around to find some place to fix it and was referred to Collins Office Systems. I happen to live in Arlington and drive by Collins all the time but never thought to go in. Well I'm SO happy I did. As others said, Meti the owner and master repairer is responsive, friendly and a magician for sure. I had the printer back and good as new 1.5 business days after dropping it. The price for the repair was extremely reasonable and the advice about how to avoid this problem in the future was helpful as well. This place is great!!! You can't go wrong by bringing your business here!”

“Had a busted USB port on my cell phone. T-Mobile Revel V 5G , T-Mobile wouldn't fix it, they wanted me to buy a new phone. Ubreakwefix quoted me 120 and 5-7 days, CPR phone repair told me 25 diagnostics and then 130 for the part and labor and a week...Phil had the part on hand and fixed it in 20 minutes!!! Very impressive ? This guy knows his stuff. 30 years in the business. He's been fixing them since weve been breaking them. Highly recommend”
“Our office purchased a Sony radio in 1985. Over the years it served us well for almost 40 years but, like all of us it started to age. Harder to find stations disappeared, static on some and sometimes just shutting itself off. Looking around nothing stood up to the Sony that seemed well built. We looked into West Suburban...which was slightly scary at first glance. In discussing the problems and the brand with Boris, he reassured us about the reliability of the brand and perhaps simplicity of the repair, gave us an idea of price and timing. Within a week he called explained the work had been simple - switches and cleaning, the cost reasonable. Once back in the office it's working just like 1986. We have another we'll be sending over shortly.”

He found it is not the battery problem, and also confirmed that there is no other problem as well (perfectly healthy device!), but it needs a better charger to have better connection. And he allowed me to charge the tablet at the store to confirm the battery is really good, and he was correct. this guy is super super nice and honest, it is fortunate for me to meet him today. “Started doing business with Vince and co. In the early 90’s. You have to know what you want and stay firm. Vince is abrasive and impatient but he charges less than anyone in Metro Boston and if you listen you can learn a lot, and get fine very long lasting work done. But if you are easily rattled, you’ll need therapy afterwards.”

“Once again, Batteries Plus in Woburn had the obscure light bulb I needed. Also their service and sales personnel operate with a service first mentality. They also recently replaced (and recycled) the battery in the universal power supply for my computer, meaning I only had to buy the part that wore out, not a whole new unit. I saved money and it supports a more sustainable approach.”
