Poor customer service. Don’t even have basic fedex shipping materials

It sure why this FedEx got such bad reviews. The people who work here are obviously well-trained and really know what they're doing. I often have to ship stuff Express to odd international destinations and they always help me through it and are very polite and helpful.

They they can't get their thing together and find a package that I sent out they picked up they're all the backup I don't know what to do with them I won't deal with them anymore
