Not really too much to say. I sent a letter and some pics on paper copied to singapore for business and it was $135 to get it there asap if that helps Anyone 🤷. Expensive? yes I thought so, but It's a big deal for me and a must!

Came in expecting the worst based on the reviews. Store manager was out front and he was SO patient, kind, helpful with my return. Such a great experience.
