A staff member yelled at my wife at the front desk she was very unprofessional and the manager Andrea Manny said she would give us a free night and 5000 points. 3 weeks ago this happened and we call everyday no one calls us back or helps out the management is awful a bunch of disrespectful people”

“Was in Boston for a convention and was very pleased with our stay. The rooms were both tidy and decently sized, while the bed was firm but still comfy. Location was close enough to anything we wanted to do while still being far enough away from the hustle of the city to be able to just relax. The staff was helpful, so checking in and out was a breeze. Parking was plentiful right outside the hotel. Lobby was open and had concessions to purchase if needed. Very good value for the price.”

“Just checked in and I love this place. I used to be a diehard Hilton customer until their rates went up about 33 percent this year. I would put this on par with a Hampton or H Garden Inn with free breakfast and modern comfortable rooms. There is a very busy restaurant and brewery attached to the hotel which is very convenient. Front desk lady was super nice and very efficient.”

“Our first time visiting Woburn MA and was amazing. The service was fantastic, excellent employees in front desk very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a great location near a good selection of restaurants and fast food places. The room was very clean and comfortable with a big bathroom and mini refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was good every morning and coffee or tea available all day and night.
The pool is clean and excellent size for kids and adults too. This hotel is near the train station to commuter station to Downtown Boston. Definitely will be back soon.”
