“Our first time visiting Woburn MA and was amazing. The service was fantastic, excellent employees in front desk very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a great location near a good selection of restaurants and fast food places. The room was very clean and comfortable with a big bathroom and mini refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was good every morning and coffee or tea available all day and night.
The pool is clean and excellent size for kids and adults too. This hotel is near the train station to commuter station to Downtown Boston. Definitely will be back soon.”

“The management is god awful weve been calling for 3 weeks now trying to get a situation sorted out. A staff member yelled at my wife at the front desk she was very unprofessional and the manager Andrea Manny said she would give us a free night and 5000 points. 3 weeks ago this happened and we call everyday no one calls us back or helps out the management is awful a bunch of disrespectful people”

“Was in Boston for a convention and was very pleased with our stay. The rooms were both tidy and decently sized, while the bed was firm but still comfy. Location was close enough to anything we wanted to do while still being far enough away from the hustle of the city to be able to just relax. The staff was helpful, so checking in and out was a breeze. Parking was plentiful right outside the hotel. Lobby was open and had concessions to purchase if needed. Very good value for the price.”

“This was my first time here and I have to say it was a great relaxing stay. The area was quiet and next to a few restaurants and local stores. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was beautiful. My family and I enjoyed swimming in the pool and it was 6ft in the deep end. Waking up to a very nice breakfast spread as well. They let you check out at 12pm 🕛 one of my favorites stays so far! 10/10! I will be returning again and recommending to friends and family members!”

“Our stay at the Hilton Boston/Woburn was truly memorable, and the breakfast alone deserves its own spotlight. Every morning we felt we were able to start the day off right with all of Chef How’s cooking, clearly made with real care and pride.

Beyond the food, it was the people who made this stay unforgettable. Juan, the head of engineering, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes, and it showed in every little detail. John at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness that it set the tone for our entire visit. And the restaurant staff deserve a huge thank you too, attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile.

We stayed in room 704 and felt completely at home throughout our time there. It’s rare to encounter a team this dedicated and this kind, and we feel genuinely honored to have met each of them. Thank you to everyone at the Hilton Boston/Woburn for such a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back.”
