“What a lovely place to stay. The room was great and I loved that in the reception area (main area) that you could pay practically nothing to get a bag of “vintage” candies!! GOOD JOB to whomever thought up that idea. We were there on business but wanted to explore and the staff was so gracious in giving great advice as to where and how we should to venture out. We took heir advice and the day went well!”

“One of the best hotels to stay at, especially if you’re traveling with a pet! The location is great, and the hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms include a kitchen, which was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The hotel also has a pool, laundry facilities, and a gym. Self parking available with no cost. Breakfast is included with the stay, although the options are somewhat limited. There isn’t daily housekeeping, but you can easily call the front desk if you need anything. It’s conveniently located near Burlington Mall and about a 30-minute drive to Boston. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!”

“Had an issue w/the A/C thermostat being disconnected. So after late arrival near midnight, waking up around 3 AM hot was not ideal. Online chat confirmed maintenance would come first thing which they did and it was resolved before 8 AM. Spot on customer service!”

“Always nice hospitality from the front desk is phenomenal rooms always the cleanest quiet still get 5 stars even though smoking and vaping is 2 different things and even if u go outside to smoke got to walk around whole building for re-entry?”

“Well, service was great at check in! But… the room lacked several items and it shows signs it’s dated (popcorn ceilings). Items lacked include: No luggage rack, no hair conditioner (though the front desk brought some up), no sheets / pillows for pull out sofa. Explicitly requested we have housekeeping daily. But…. This must be one of the cleanest mattresses I have seen at a hotel. Not a stain on it. Service on day 2 was good too. Honestly 2 things would make me give 5 star instead of 4 stars: A) offer daily housekeeping B) remove the popcorn walls Other than that, it’s nice. Service was something to note, it was good!”
