“Nice place, it was quiet when we went. The suites are nice and roomy, clean. I would've liked to try the pool, but it was not on the roster for this trip. Room service was OK, and the food was decentFood & drinks: The room service was decent. The drinks were like paint remove, they were so strong and wage we didn't drink we brought home for our Tiki torches”

“This hotel was great, the front desk staff were amazing, so was breakfast. Our room felt more like a little apartment rather than a hotel room. The beds were firm but comfy, good night of sleep. We were on the first floor which we already knew from other reviews wouldn't be great, we were waaayy down the hallway and every day it smelled so strange? The first thing we smelled was pot, and chlorine, despite the pool being outside and it being winter. On our final day our whole room smelled like plastic on fire. But the weird smells were a compromise on how nice this hotel was. The breakfast was good. Wouldve loved for cheese for the eggs, or a pastry for a quick to go breakfast. And we were so sad the coffee bar seemed to just be closed indefinitely. Paying for parking was also a hassle. Just add the parking rate to the nightly rate and charge per extra car. The front desk told us to pay for two nights, we did and on our last night we had a ticket? It has no writing on it at all and the front desk said it shouldn't be an issue so we will see.”

“My stay here has been very smooth and stress free. Any bumps in the road are quickly smoothed out with the help of the patient, friendly, helpful employees. So far everyone I have dealt with on a personal level has been great. I have to give Neil the 3-11 employee at the front desk a solo shout out as well, he’s very by the book, but explains everything thoroughly and seems to always have the guests best interest.”

“It is a mostly decent hotel with good clean rooms and good service. The main deficiency with this Hotel is actually the parking lot and lack of any pedestrian accommodation. There are zero crosswalks to lead you from the parking lot to the entrance. my family was almost hit by a driver crossing from the parking lot to enter the hotel. I'm reasonably sure none of it meets ADA as well. It's a dangerous situation that needs to be addressed.”

“Excellent customer service even moved me to another room due to bugs being in it that I seen however, they did move me which was great. They were awesome to deal with and I'll definitely be back and be staying here for a few more days.”

“The rooms were clean, the gym is in good condition. The pool is closed indefinitely, which was a sad surprise to my family. There was a large youth soccer group at the hotel which was pretty rowdy and annoying in the late evening. People leaving their bags of take-out trash in the hallways (and the mouse running down the hall) could be prevented by some trash cans at either end of the (very long) hallway and somewhere in the middle. Also while there-- had someone else charge their dinner and drinks to our room twice. We contested it and the hotel staff took it off our bill, but be aware and check your bill!Nearby activities: Very close to a large mall just across the highway.”
