“I've traveled across the USA many times with my dog and been to all kinds of pet stores. PetSmart is the most reliable full-service pet store, hands down. This store in Woburn is extra clean and well organized. I brought my dog for the first time here for a bath and wash today. Mia did an amazing job! (My daughter is also a dog groomer, so I understand the effort the job takes). Mia went the extra mile brushing out my dog's thick furry behind and carefully around his ears. My dog is pretty shy, but he went right up to Mia and seemed comfortable with her. I am grateful for the excellent service and kind staff-- we will be back.”
“Easy to find anything, as store is highly organized, with large signs and neatly faced items. Staff are friendly and communicative. Checkout has stickers for the kids and occasional treats for the dogs. Will price match their online price.”

“Not your average Petco fish department. Experienced fish keepers work in this department and whomever does the buying always makes sure to buy unique fish. Always something interesting here including shrimp and plants. The saltwater aquarium section is solid too.”
