I love coming here Sejal and everyone knows exactly what to do for me! I am clueless with my phone and shipping stuff and my memory is poor. I end up with a bunch of receipts and they help me with everything, I just keep coming back. Very happy customer.

Sejal and Becky made my day after a terrible experience with a USPS employee at the Woburn location. They were extremely empathetic, helpful and warm. This was my second time at this location and the service was excellent both times . Form now on, this is my default service location for packages and mailing. Thank you very much to the both of you!!!

I wanted to post a review of Sejal, the owner who runs the UPS store on Cambridge Rd in Woburn.
My wife and I were in Woburn to take care of some difficult family business. We needed to ship a number of belongings back home, box up some others, and shred some personal/business documents.
Sejal assisted me with all these tasks, showing compassion, patience and friendship as she helped me through the process. She brought out different sized boxes for me to ensure that what needed to be boxed up would fit. She patiently asked about the contents of what was being shipped to ensure the insurance coverage was sufficient. She personally took care of shredding the documents so that I could be on my way to continue wrapping up other business at hand, as I was on a tight schedule.
I cannot say enough nice things about Sejal. Thank you for helping me out!
