I would go out of my way to come to this UPS. I’ve always had a good experience. Special shout out to Vish and Becky who literally spent well over a half an hour helping me figure out some issues with my Amazon returns!! They went above and beyond. Thank you all for being kind and helpful, you don’t see that very much nowadays.

I just moved into this community and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service of this UPS store. If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would. The first time I went there, my box wasn't sealed properly, so I asked the clerk to help me tape it up. The clerk gave me a dirty look and said the tape was over there and that I should buy it myself. Because I am not a native speaker, I didn't hear her clearly, and she became very impatient and just pointed to where the tape was being sold without saying anything. I was very angry because I've been to many UPS stores before, and none of them refused to give me even a little bit of tape. So, I just walked out.If it was just one time, I could have thought it was an accident, but then my husband went to this store again to return a package with our own label, and the clerk just left it on the side and went to attend to other customers. The package was returned to us exactly as it was without any changes, which means that not only did the clerk not remove the original sticker, but they also didn't put on the label we brought. If it was just one time, I could have thought it was an accident, but these two incidents definitely indicate that there is a problem with this store's service.I don't understand why this store has such a high rating. If they are good to other customers, then I think the clerks are discriminating against Asians. Every time I go to this store, I'm nervous that someone will give me a hard time, and I'm worried that they will send my package to the wrong place.

Our business has been using this UPS store since it opened. Sejal and her team are fast, friendly, patient, listen to the concerns, and have this down! My business ships out several items and has returns 2-3 times a week and we are in and out very quickly. If it is an amazon item, it's way faster than going to the Whole Foods next door. Very pleased with this store and the staff.

This UPS location goes above and beyond! I sent a package and neglected to add the apartment number. I got a email notification from UPS alerting me to the problem with delivery and I called the UPS store in Woburn. They immediately called and located my package on the west coast and had the local office there make the changes and my package was delivered that day. I ship a lot of packages and will only use this Cambridge St location because of the exceptional service!!!

I really had a great experience at this UPS store and Becky who was one of the employees helped me with all of my shipping and packaging needs.
