Walgreens Pharmacy has very knowledgeable and epic pharmacy staff who are kind, attentive, polite, and efficient. They explain medications well. However, some items are often not in stock. The floor staff are not so good, sometimes ignoring tasks like a bag left on the floor while talking. The service at the pharmacy counter is great, but other areas need improvement.
The people who work here are epic. Reason for lower rating is because some items I like to get are not in stock very often.

I live in Woburn and frequently go to pick up medications for my family. Connie is always kind and attentive—she always explains how to use the medications and is always very polite and efficient! I'm very happy to have such great service close to home.

I prefer the CVS rewards program to the Walgreens program. It's easier to get the discounts you expect with CVS.
