Hello, I wanted to know at what age I can open a count and make a card

Asked a teller about opening a new checkings account with them and the promotion they were running. They seemed annoyed at me for even asking. Won't be doing business with them any further.

Drive up atm doesn’t work. I went too take money out and the atm said it couldn’t dispense cash than shut off. But still took the money out my account. Now I have nothing too my name and had too file a dispute in order to get my funds back. Very unprofessional and such an inconvenience. Horrible bank horrible service!
