I tried to electronically refill a prescription and the online answering machine is the worst thing. No option to speak to a representative! So I go to the actual store to request a refill and walk up to the pick up desk where someone was working and ask to refill. She tells me to go to the consultation desk, so I go to the consultation desk and nobody is helping me and then someone else tells the person at the pick up desk to go talk to me. So now I'm talking to the SAME PERSON at the consultation desk that I was talking to at the pick up desk who is struggling and someone else needed to come over to help. The overall experience was just horrible. CVS please change your answering machine so that I can talk to a real person.

I never post reviews, but I felt I had to. The Pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately they do get prescriptions in fast, or I would leave this pharmacy. It’s too bad I have used this pharmacy for ever and it’s embarrassing how bad they treat their customers.

CVS has really gone downhill. They never have the meds my doctor orders. They have to order them and it could take a few days. Can't always wait that long. So disappointed.

One employee saw me standing at counting and ignored me for 10 mins I asked can you please check me out because I had items that needed tags removed she rolled eyes and said no and then waited for another employee to help me . Very disappointed .

Total lack of customer service. No greetings, just blank stares and rude interactions. Isles are crowded with unpacked products. Employees at counters just go through the motions of servicing you with as little effort as possible and get cranky if you ask a question.

Find a better pharmacy. They will push the medications they have in excess and make you beg for the ones you need.

My very first visit to this CVS was to retrieve my UPS package that was sent there because they unable to deliver it to me due to my location.
The Cashier was extremely kind and helpful. She took the time to help me and to cash out other CVS customers. I've been to many CVS pharmacies in different states and counties, this one on 44 West Boylston St. In Worcester, Ma. Is one of the better if not best with customer service.

Last couple of times I went in I was in a bit of a rush needed a product that was locked in a glass case. I sat for for minutes clicking the button and trying to get the attention of an employee with no avail. I ended up leaving without my purchase.

Dealing with this pharmacy is the ultimate act of patience. It is never a smooth experience, and beyond consistently fumbling prescriptions, they will often try to explain why you, the customer, is wrong. ??♂️

The manager Saul and his staff all need to be trained in customer service. They are rude, unprofessional, clueless, slow, incompetent... The worst I've ever encountered. Every time I go there it continues to go downhill.. Avoid this place, its time for them to shut down.
