They are rude especially over the phone I understand sometime it maybe overwhelming but don’t take that out on the customers and trust some customers are rude to but ur suppose to remain professional regardless

CVS pharmacy on West Boylston Street in Worcester, you need to do better with your customer service. I was literally hung up on by one of your pharmacists during a very rushed call. It's prescriptions that I'm calling in for refill & a little courtesy will not kill you.

In regards to the service of the pharmacy, it’s the worst I’ve ever encountered. Prescriptions are never ready when they are said to be. The service is slow and several of the women who work there are rude. They often make mistakes as well. You’ll also get a completely different answer depending on who you talk to. This CVS use to have decent service but in the past year it’s continuously gone downhill

This was the worst CVS experience! There was a long line although 2 registers were open. It doesn't make sense to have the 2 oldest employees at the front registers with a long line. I had to wait 20 min in line and my ride left causing me to have to order another ride which means I paid double. Theres no reason for this!

Horrible service, drove a good ways after transferring my medication twice and calling this pharmacy 3 times. They refused to assist me. The manger asked and they still refused to help. I would avoid this place at all costs.Never will use this CVS.

Consistently terrible and frequently rude service. The pharmacy line takes FOREVER, both drive-thru and in store. Be prepared to wait and maybe get snapped at by a cashier. Very possibly the worst CVS in Worcester.

There is one pharmacy tech here who is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I’m on a med that has seen severe shortages so I have to call once a month to figure out whether it’s in stock. She refuses to give any info, hangs up on you, will put you on hold without telling you first…she’s awful to deal with and is the reason we’re going to take all of our scripts to Osco. I dread my monthly interactions with her.
