Andrew helped me every step of the way. He is knowledgeable and made great recommendations. He even met me at the store because my car was too small to transport the TV. He removed my old TV and set up the new one. He explained how everything worked before he left. All around great service! Highly recommend!!

Andrew came to my home today to replace the fan on the DVR for my outside video cameras. The adapter on the part that I bought from Amazon didn't fit. He spliced it and made it fit. Thank you for coming by now I can again see my pups outside when I am working in my remote office.
