I ran into some issues with my account but Hector got me through every step even though I had to leave and come back he was more than helpful the entire time throughout the day. “More like Jiminy Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer! I say this because of the wonder this establishment produced for me. To start I should be clear! THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT! Also! THIS IS NOT AN FOOD STORE FOR EXOTIC PETS!! Confusing I know, but trust me when I say this is probably a useful store. I've been hearing that people have been talking about getting telephones a lot recently and I have good news for you! I think this place sells those specifically! I say I think as I wasn't able to go into this aforementioned phone arena. They were closed when I walked by, but they do have windows in the front that showed some of their products. I mean I couldn't see it too well as I was across the street. But I think they sell phones! I don't know if they are the best phones, but I do know that there is a standing mailbox outside of it which is pretty darn helpful!So whether you have something to mail or you want to look and see if this store has phones for you, there is no need to "Wish Upon a Star" you can just come to Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer when they are open! Unless you just want to use the mailbox, in which case I think that's always open.Also when I was younger I learned how to draw Pinocchio from the VHS cover pretty good. I could only draw this and the cigarette man from Doonesbury. I was praised for one and got in trouble for the other. This sort of neutralized my thoughts on drawing as an activity for me.”
“On the 28th of December my phone broke and had to have a new phone sent to me from my insurance. I received it the next day and thought I was set, however I couldn't get my Dexcom 6 blood glucose monitor off my old phone due to the fact the touch part wouldn't work and the bottom half was black. I went to the T-Mobile store at 537 Lincoln St. and was helped by the entire staff, Elsa, Shaq, Mike and Gabriel. i was there for close to 2 hours with each one of them doing everything they could think of to help me try and retrieve my information and delete the app from my old phone. I eventually got to use a wireless mouse to do this, again with the help from each of these employees. This was extremely important to me due to health reasons as well as customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Not only have I ALWAYS spoken highly of Sprint/T-Mobile, but the people at this specific location are the greatest I have ever come across.”

“My girlfriend and I have been coming to them for many years. And will continue to go to them for many, many, more. We have bought so many items from them from TV's, furniture, stands, games systems, and other electronics. We have never had a problem with them on anything since we've been with them my only issue is that I wish they would know me by my name but Everytime we go there she is always putting the items in her name and I do the paying right now I have been paying for a PS4 and I'm almost done with the payments.”

“Been a buyer of Aarons on Stafford st. For over ten years. Have had very few issues and satisfied for the most part. I was a buyer of Rent a center before Aarons started because of a need for something and never went back. I'd say that says it all! As long as I stay happy I will remain a buyer of Aarons merchandise. Thanks for keeping me as a customer at Stafford st. Location even tho I moved to Dudley's four yrs ago. Much appreciated. Oh also if anyone would like to know I have furnished& refurnished my home so hasn't just been one or two items purchased. Other then washing machine issue once as well as drier week after paid off I've had no other issues worth complaints.”

“The new owner are very nice and I really appreciate them trying to make this store a safe, clean and comfortable place for their customers to shop at. Some people might think they are rude but they are not, they behave like this because majority of the customers are bad customers or rude due to the demographic of the store’s location. Love shopping at this store and will be my new go to stop to get someone snacks.”

“I had a great experience with this store and team. I had a very unusual situation with my father (who doesn't live in my city) that required in-person help from T-Mobile to get a physical SIM card ASAP and I'm so glad I chose this location. Their service was a slam-dunk.
I was able to:
- call this store right at opening and get someone on the phone who understood my problem and help me decide if this was the right course of action
- get expert caution/recommendation from the staff to help them help me by getting my family member pre-added to my account (because they knew exactly what problems I would face if I didn't help front-run the issue immediately)
- get a callback from them after my father had arrived
- get patient help from two staff members who carefully and calmly navigated my somewhat complex problem and unusual nature of my account
- have my father walk out with a working phone and a callback (on the proper T-mobile line) prior to his departure so that I knew he was OK
On this particularly busy day I literally would not have been able to handle the extra help needed for this. Without knowing what team I would need to count on, it's hard to express my initial apprehension and then how relieved I was that I got knowledgable and efficient help on par with some of my best IT enterprise partners with whom I have ever had the privilege of working.”

“I was pleased and surprised at what an comprehensive selection of Japanese snacks they carry. This might be because they are located directly next to Wan Wang, a Japanese restaurant. They also carry canned Bubble Tea. Other than that, it was a tidy, average, well stocked and faced 7-Eleven. I would have given 5 stars, if I wasn't made to feel I was interrupting a conversation or a phone call when I needed to be rung in. Also no cashier at this location has ever smiled or been engaging at all.”

“Amazing customer service. Both the owner and his wife were super friendly and so helpful. They even threw in some extras for a great discount. My husband and I switched from a t-mobile family plan about 2-3 weeks and our service has NEVER been better. Trying to get my other family members to switch. We will definitely be back just for the amazing customer service we received. We recently moved out of the city about 30 mins away but will continue coming to this location for sure!
