“I transferred my cellphone as part of a FiOS Internet deal on 8/25/26. The porting of my number over to Verizon from Spectrum was supposed to be bumpless, as per the fios rep. Short story, online assistance for verizon wireless was useless as I didn't have an account number yet and it (AI)would not let me speak to a human.. after wasting way too much time with this and being totally frustrated. I drove to the verizon store in shrewsbury where James was very professional and able to help me in less than five minutes.”
