I have been using extra storage space on Ararat Street in Worcester for at least 10 years now the facility is safe clean and the manager Angel is absolutely the best . Just dealt with Jennifer she couldn't have been nicer and more efficient such a pleasure to deal with people who know what they're doing.

So I gotta be real about the guys working here, Isai and Angel. They're both really solid guys. It was my first time renting a storage unit, and they walked us through the process after I had made an online booking. I drove down a big UHaul van, parked in the space off to the side of the office, and made small talk with them while Isai checked on my reservation. He gave me clear directions on where to drive to find my unit, and how to enter the facility with the gate code. I kept getting the gate code wrong, went back in inside to ask them what it was, and they went through it again with me without any hint of condescension. They told us to let them know if the rolling cart in the unit wasn't there; it was there. They also kept an eye on us over the camera in case my boyfriend and I needed help once we got to the storage unit. Everything was in tip-top shape, and I have absolutely no complaints about getting a storage unit here. Everything was clean, especially when it came to the indoor units, and the lock we were provided was there as promised. Would ten outta ten recommend this location if you want to feel like you're storing your belongings with solid guys.

The space was perfect! Angel was exactly that. He was very helpful with our vehicle tow and truck. My wife cut her finger and our first aid kit was behind several boxes, angel took the time from his lunch to assist us with his kit. This is the place to go!

So far the staff is very professional, the prices just went up but this place at ararat street is one of the safest around town. The insurance is adjustable to my needs and the facilities are clean and kept in good order. The manager Angel Amarat and Isai are the best on what they do, thanks guys. Super easy to upgrade my storage unit since I initially got one that was way too small. The assistant manager helped me out and he was great. I will definitely be referring friends and family to this location
