“This was the Michael’s in Worcester on Lincoln Street. I went in with two large photos that needed to be framed as an award we were giving at our annual meeting. We were late getting it to the framer and I was nervous we wouldn’t be able to get it done in time. The two gentlemen in framing that helped me were amazing. I think one was Frank. They assured me that woukd have it done which eased my mind. And when I say they went above and beyond, they went above and beyond! They ended up recommending an absolutely double mat and took such time, never making me feel, rushed and offering genuinely helpful advice. The framing staff at this Michaels is top-notch! My boss was so pleased she has decided to stop using our regular framer and give our business to Michael’s. Outstanding service.”
