This was the Michael’s in Worcester on Lincoln Street. I went in with two large photos that needed to be framed as an award we were giving at our annual meeting. We were late getting it to the framer and I was nervous we wouldn’t be able to get it done in time. The two gentlemen in framing that helped me were amazing. I think one was Frank. They assured me that woukd have it done which eased my mind. And when I say they went above and beyond, they went above and beyond! They ended up recommending an absolutely double mat and took such time, never making me feel, rushed and offering genuinely helpful advice. The framing staff at this Michaels is top-notch! My boss was so pleased she has decided to stop using our regular framer and give our business to Michael’s. Outstanding service.

Store wise, this company is amazing I always find what I need and more every time I visit. But unfortunately today I called to see if my package was there for me to pick it up after work and the staff member that answered the phone was so annoyed by my question. He gave me a bit of an attitude for just the simple question I asked. My thing is if you don’t want to answer to customers, and don’t like your job just get yourself another job. Because a customer shouldn’t get that kind of treatment when they call to ask a simple question. The sarcasm wasn’t needed and honestly he just had an ugly attitude. I work for customer service and no matter if I have a sucky day I still treat my customers with respect no matter what.

The yarn department was a hot mess. I went for Caron cotton cakes the 20 that were there looked like the have seen better days. It's always hit or miss. The customer service was wonderful.
