My son's iPhone stopped charging, so we stopped in.. no appointment needed..The woman was right there at the desk and my son told her what the problem was she took his phone and fixed it RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!!!!!! I am so grateful we were able to take care of the problem right away, my son needs his phone for work etc. VERY FRIENDLY, RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Rodrigo went above and beyond to help my girlfriend. Her phone, brand new, mysteriously broke over night and she had to jump through some crazy hoops just to get it sent back. Apple gave her a loaner phone, but she needed her number for work codes and when she called, AT&T call center had her on hold for an hour and half and refused to help her. When we went to the grove st location, hoping it would make a difference, Rodrigo stepped up and made everything come together, set her phone up, and got rid of the stress. He did this while juggling other folks needing help, and frankly it was quite impressive how attentive he managed to be while tasked with manning the store alone. 5 star service - thank you Rodrigo.”

“I brought my computer in to be worked on by Abdul. He diagnosed the issue quickly and promised I would have it back before I had an exam that I needed my computer for. He fixed the issue he initially diagnosed but unfortunately there were a few things wrong with my computer and he needed to work on it more. Luckily I had a second laptop available to me that I could borrow for school. If I didn't though Abdul was going to lend me one at no cost and even after I kept telling him I had an extra he continued to remind me that he had plenty of loaners available to give me. It took a little bit longer for Abdul to fix the multiple issues with my computer because he was waiting for parts. He kept me update through the whole process. It was ready after about a week and I went to pick it up and for no charge Abdul got me an exact copy of my laptop. He explained that the issues with my old laptop were too involved to be worth fixing and would take more time so he completely switched out my laptops seamlessly. I was able to login into the new laptop and all my programs and files were there. And he did this for no cost after he said the computer was fixed with the initial issue. This man was helpful, kind, skilled and knowledgeable. He saved me a lot of trouble and he held himself to a high standard as a businessman. I plan to bring any future computer or phone issues I have to him and I know I will be treated respect and as a neighbor.”
