276 Shrewsbury St, WorcesterFuzzy pants has been excellent for my dog! He was having problems in a different daycare and I needed to switch. He has been thriving since going to fuzzy pants! He hasn't had any problems with other dogs, he is always so excited when we pull up, absolutely exhausted at the end of the day! The staff are wonderful!! And it's very affordable. I highly recommend this doggie daycare!!

84 SW Cutoff, WorcesterI just cannot say enough about Route 20 Animal Clinic, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous, and staff, especially Colleen. My parents and I have been taking our pets to the clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Nick is so caring, patient, and understanding. Often he's returning calls until 8pm and has given his personal cell phone number if there are any issues post sedation, regardless of procedure. From tumor removal surgery to dental cleaning he calls to check on our pets. He will also ask about how my parents are doing and their pets when I go for a visit with mine. Colleen is fantastic with grooming. My long haired cats would get shaved in the summer so they were more comfortable and she always made them look so adorable and smell so nice. She's also so kind and compassionate, plus prompt with returning calls. If there is a specialized surgery Dr. Nick can't do, he has always referred me to excellent surgeons. For end of life issues, the staff are above and beyond caring and loving. This doctor truly seems to love his work and it will be such a loss whenever he does retire. Comparable rates, prompt response, varied services, excellent care. If you want an excellent veterinarian, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous at The Route 20 Animal Clinic is the one to see.

262 Mill St, WorcesterWe had a VERY sick rat on a Sunday! We live in Spencer & there are NO exotic animals vets out here. & even worse on a Sunday evening, as all of the urgent care vets that might have seen him otherwise were closed. I was finally able to get through (it's took a couple tries) to make sure they could see him & they said come right in. When we got there they immediately took us back & put us with a tech & a vet came over within a couple minutes. Everybody was awesome with handling him with care and trying hard not to cause additionally stress. They were great with providing realistic options & pricing. Unfortunately, we did have to euthanize him, and they were very compassionate and helpful in that process too. Finally they're pricing was also very reasonable, especially for an emergency care facility. We are very grateful to the entire team.

It's hard to stay standing up if you have a physical condition such as back problems etc and holding to 2 leash 1 with a anxious border collie that doesn't stay still and a small dog whos afraid of other animals. Other then that their staff are great

She’s been extremely helpful in providing guidance on food/treats/supplements and overall care of our cats. She’s also educated us on how to keep our cats safe. For example, she provided instruction on how to properly fit their collars and what to put on their IDs, in case they escaped. As well as putting up emergency clings at the doorways, if there was ever a fire. Much of the services Shauna has provided has been remote via phone and email, so we never had to meet in person.

The crème brûlée french toast was incredible, the bacon, smoky, and my chai was silky and had a perfect combo of spices. I had a spinach pie with a flaky pastry top, and others ordered a Brazilian couscous dish, a humongous omelete and a yummy veggie combo. Oh, and the smoothies? One Soursop and a mixed berry. On and on, but all to say we were very happy❣️

From how easy going and kind the owner was when a friend had reached out for scheduling, to the drinks everyone was absolutely raving about all night - I couldn’t be any more stoked about this place. The bartender definitely had her work cut out for her but she held it down, made some killer drinks, and still managed to have a smile for every customer she served. The place is unique, clean, beautifully decorated, and just generally unlike any other coffee shop or bar in the city.

My only issue is the prices are a little bit high. The last time I was there I got six items and I believe it was about 45 or $50. Very lovely, to sit and sip. Not a place to go to if you’re in a hurry. Service was great and the barista knew their craft and took their time.
I’m glad they had some food options. Pastries seemed, good, fine. Maybe pre-ordered. They do offer breakfast sandwiches made on site so maybe those might be tasty. Will visit again to try it out.

Worcester Pizza has incredibly flexible service. You can order by phone, at the counter, or have it delivered using services like Grubhub and DoorDash. The crew takes the time to make sure that orders are correct, which sets this pizza place apart from many others that are always busy. I tried the Steak Bomb and changed it by asking for jalapeños instead of green onions and having the bread toasted so I could take it home. The sandwich was tasty and stayed fresh, which made me want to try other things on the menu next time I visit. The family loved the half cheese, half onion pizza the most, though. They ate it up quickly, which showed how good it was. Worcester Pizza has a welcoming atmosphere that is clean and comfortable, making it a great place for families, friends, and couples to eat. It makes for a nice place to eat and talk without too much noise getting in the way.
