Fuzzy Pants Pet Stop
276 Shrewsbury St, WorcesterMy young rescue dog would absolutely not let anybody touch his nails for trimming. He is very mellow and kind unless you attempt to touch nails. He got terribly agitated and restless. Went to Petco, no help. The vet said he would need to be completely sedated.
His nails were so sharp and scratched my grandchildren when he jumped.
I finally found Lauren at Fuzzy Pants on Shrewsbury St.
She is a miracle worker.
His nails were cut with very little problem. I am grateful for Lauren and will be returning in 4 weeks.

Furry Essentials Grooming Salon
1073 W Boylston St, WorcesterI wanted to share my experience here. I have looked for a groomer that when my dogs came home they were not so overtaxed and stressed that they could not function. They were completely upfront in how they would structure their time so my babies would adjust to the environment. Not only did they get a beautiful groom they were completely normal at home. So happy I found a place where they care about their clients and do not kennel the dogs unless for safety/time out.

Route Twenty Animal Clinic: Kotsopoulos Nicholas DVM
84 SW Cutoff, WorcesterI just cannot say enough about Route 20 Animal Clinic, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous, and staff, especially Colleen. My parents and I have been taking our pets to the clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Nick is so caring, patient, and understanding. Often he's returning calls until 8pm and has given his personal cell phone number if there are any issues post sedation, regardless of procedure. From tumor removal surgery to dental cleaning he calls to check on our pets. He will also ask about how my parents are doing and their pets when I go for a visit with mine. Colleen is fantastic with grooming. My long haired cats would get shaved in the summer so they were more comfortable and she always made them look so adorable and smell so nice. She's also so kind and compassionate, plus prompt with returning calls. If there is a specialized surgery Dr. Nick can't do, he has always referred me to excellent surgeons. For end of life issues, the staff are above and beyond caring and loving. This doctor truly seems to love his work and it will be such a loss whenever he does retire. Comparable rates, prompt response, varied services, excellent care. If you want an excellent veterinarian, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous at The Route 20 Animal Clinic is the one to see.

Westside Animal Clinic, A Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner
262 Mill St, WorcesterWe had a VERY sick rat on a Sunday! We live in Spencer & there are NO exotic animals vets out here. & even worse on a Sunday evening, as all of the urgent care vets that might have seen him otherwise were closed. I was finally able to get through (it's took a couple tries) to make sure they could see him & they said come right in. When we got there they immediately took us back & put us with a tech & a vet came over within a couple minutes. Everybody was awesome with handling him with care and trying hard not to cause additionally stress. They were great with providing realistic options & pricing. Unfortunately, we did have to euthanize him, and they were very compassionate and helpful in that process too. Finally they're pricing was also very reasonable, especially for an emergency care facility. We are very grateful to the entire team.

Second Chance Community Veterinary Hospital of Worcester
831 Main St, WorcesterSo far good but the waiting area is way too small. It's hard to stay standing up if you have a physical condition such as back problems etc and holding to 2 leash 1 with a anxious border collie that doesn't stay still and a small dog whos afraid of other animals. Other then that their staff are great

Little Critters Training and Care
53 Uncatena Ave, WorcesterWe’ve been using Shauna’s services for about 5-6 years now and couldn’t be happier. She’s been extremely helpful in providing guidance on food/treats/supplements and overall care of our cats. She’s also educated us on how to keep our cats safe. For example, she provided instruction on how to properly fit their collars and what to put on their IDs, in case they escaped. As well as putting up emergency clings at the doorways, if there was ever a fire. Much of the services Shauna has provided has been remote via phone and email, so we never had to meet in person.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Life Garden Cafe
1048 Main St, WorcesterAbsolutely the BEST restaurant in ALL WORCESTER. The food here, quite literally energizes and uplifts you. Eating real, healthy, clean food gives us life. I love how it’s connected to a church. The Jesus Life Center. I had a protein bowl, each and every part of the bowl, from the chicken, to the egg, quinoa, greens was cooked and seasoned to perfection. My husband had an omelette and he said it was delicious. The matcha latte is the best I’ve had. I love matcha but they are not all equally made. Top quality here for every single aspect!!!

The Woo Bar & Grill
358 Shrewsbury St, WorcesterWe visited the woo bar and grill tonight and let me tell you it was such an amazing experience . They were dog friendly which is a huge plus for us . The staff was super attentive to us and our fur babies . They got them water instantly and were so kind to them ! As big dog lovers we always have our pups with us so it was amazing being able to stop with them and grab some dinner. The food was phenomenal and I had probably the best chicken parm I’ve ever had . My husband had the rodeo burger and he absolutely loved it . We had Heather as our waitress who was great and super attentive . Overall amazing experience we will definitely be back and share to our friends about this amazing spot !

Espress Yourself Coffee
2 Richmond Ave #3, WorcesterStopped here to grab a coffee and found the entire place to be wonderful. The regulars all seemed to be enjoying themselves; I really liked that it was mostly older men having espressos and cigarettes; not just some typical hipster coffee shop.

Shah's Halal Food - Worcester
139 Water St, WorcesterShah's take on Middle Eastern/Mediterranean fast food is insanely good. I've tried their gyros and rice plates, and they are large portions that are so customizable and good. Can't wait to try more things off the menu. Even their baklava is great. I recommend you try pickled cabbage in your rice plate.

Eggroll Lady and Fish Shack
609 W Boylston St, WorcesterFood was nice and hot and fresh! We ordered towards the end of the day so we tried to order quickly to be sure the restaurant had time and all we can say is wow!! We thoroughly enjoyed our food!! Platters can feed 2 people almost 3 so you definitely get your meals worth!
I was very happy they gave me 2 tartar sauces so I had enough. The fries on the bottom were still nice and hot and crunchy! My wife loved the chicken the most. I got the sampler to try all- egg rolls are like spring rolls but fully loaded I would say 8/10. My wife would give the chicken probably 9/10. I thought the Crab Rangoon was also like an 8-8.5/10 little tangy but great sweet aftertaste. And I would give my clams and fries 9.5-10/10! Everything was hot, tender, and tasty! Thank you for your service and goodness! : ]
