They close early each time I try to get gas when the website and door says they close at 11

Every time I go to get gas because it said it is 24 hr both doors are closed and I go there at 9 or 10 pm . It's always at night time and no one in the cash register

Just bought some transmission fluid. Found out I didn't need it. Tried to return it while still in the parking lot. Won't do the return. Theres 2 bottles someone can have on the counter. Goodluck to the next.
