“I have been coming to Shabo's for a few years now. All of the employees are honest, hardworking, and polite. They are flexible with when the service is delivered, and truly have the customer's best interests in mind when making their recommendations. I've come to them with big and small jobs and found they did the job right the first time every time.”

“Honestly, I have been going to Ramstroms for a long time and I will never stop going there for routine maintenance or bigger jobs such as brand new tires or spark plug replacements. I legitimately walked in there before and said I think that there's something wrong and they're like there's nothing wrong so they're not trying to get me to fix something when there's nothing wrong with my car. They are an honest, family-owned business.”

“I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and truly cannot say enough good things. Whether it’s a quick visit or a longer appointment, the experience is always consistently great. The prices are fair, and the staff is honest, straightforward, and never pushy. They explain what’s going on with your car in a way that actually makes sense, and they only recommend what you genuinely need—nothing extra, nothing hidden. I’ve never had a single issue after bringing my car here, and the quality of their work has always been solid and reliable. They’re quick, professional, and truly go above and beyond to make the whole process easy. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop you feel you can actually trust, but Eddy’s has earned that trust over and over again.”

“I wish I could give Eli 10 stars! I got stuck in Worcester last week with brakes that failed, over an hour from home and having to drop off a family member with cancer for an appointment. Duquette's service station was the closest to St. Vincent's so I just drove there carefully and showed up without an appointment -- throwing myself on his mercy. Eli was the only mechanic on duty that day, and he had just become owner of the shop a month ago when the former owner retired. He immediately understood, called to find out the cost of parts, gave me a very fair price and had the brakes done within 90 minutes! The entire experience was fabulous: the waiting room has cushy chairs, the place is very clean and inviting, Eli offered bottles of water and snacks and was both a skilled mechanic and an amazing host. I will definitely be going back there!”

“Love coming here to get gas a lot of the times. They do have good deals on gas but it depends on the day and as well the month. Other than that cannot complain but they should have people more organized and stop being so pushy. I'm making sure people move out of the way”

“I love going to the gulf station on park Ave called chop chop I will say the business has the most friendly and honest and professional and respectful employees that work there but I am not to impressed with the manager that I personally had some bad attitude and his professional skills because I am a loyal customer who plays lottery mutable times a day and I love the coffee I can tell for instance one of the most ridiculous encounters I had with the manager I used a extra cup to mix my two coffees and he came up to me and said that I can't come back in store because of that pitiful extra cup this not the only encounter I have had and I can recall the same manager having disrespectful conversations with other patrons thank you for reading maybe he will change his manners around customers again thank you to all other employees at the gulf gas station on park Ave”

“My car broke down in Worcester on my way home to Barre from work, luckily it was in front of the BP station. The two men that were working came to my rescue and got me out of the road right before rush hour traffic! I had no idea what happened, it just stopped working while I was at the red light, I was crying because I was STRESSED, they took control and did everything they could think of to get me back on the road or at least out of the road before I became an even bigger issue to everyone around me. I cannot thank them enough.”

“Got a flat tire just round the corner. Proprietor helped me swap to my spare tire, taught me where to place the jack for the next time it happens, and wouldn’t let me pay anything for it. Said I reminded him of his sister, and he was doing it for God. Thank you so much, you’re a great man, and I’m going to gas up here any time I’m in the area!”

“this is actually an excellent place to bring your vehicle for basic repairs and maintenance. Staff couldn’t be more pleasant and the value was there as they charge a hell of a lot less than most places in a fraction of what dealers will charge you for the same exact work. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else to be honest.”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
