“Best experience ever!! Such amazing Hard working staff such as Vicki, Emi, and Sally. The units, floors and bathrooms are clean because of their hard work. Also very welcoming and graceful. In the office Sebastian and other staff have provided exceptional customer service, very understanding and beyond kind! Thank you.”
“Pay attention to how the negative reviews contain spelling mistakes and contradictory statements and you'll quickly see that this is a 5-star buisness with a 4-star rating ?”
“This place has been a blessing for all my moving in amd out of Worcester- the place is always with the equipment or trucks when needed and the staff incredibly amazingly appreciated it and respectful. Thank God for this Uhaul -i will recommend in a blink of an eye.”
“Penske provided the most competitive estimate when I called about for it. I needed a moving truck and a trailer for our car because I was relocating across the nation. As soon as I arrived, Aaron (the man) from the Chandler St. location in Worcester, Massachusetts. answered all of our inquiries, allayed all of our fears, and even assisted us in choosing the simplest option. You can't top these pricing, I assure you!”
“I really liked the service, knowing that Luís, Emi and a fat man who is in Worcester covering for a friend who went to Santo Domingo are the best, and Edward, the rest of us should learn from them so we will be much better.”

“Came in to use the restroom as the gas station across the street did not use one. The staff was very kind and let us, 5 star service even though we weren’t buying anything!”
