Staff, though helpful, need training as how to be vigilant without physically following the customers.Bulk attending is annoying.Prices are reasonable.”

“Most of the times this Tommy store has a huge inventory but few weeks ago people were raiding, couldn’t find some sizes but other than that no problems at all. “I went into the store on 4/23 in the morning and it seemed that only one employee was working. She was folding clothes, helping customers with dressing rooms, and ringing up items. She never showed any sign of stress and smiled through it and was calm and cool given the obvious circumstance of being left alone to do all the tasks. She is a great employee who should be recognized. I only wish I was able to get her name but I’m sure the store knows who it was working at that time. “Great store with awesome deals. We love going to this store. Everything there is high quality and reasonably priced. The customer service is top notch as well. We got home (live about an hour away) and found an extra item in our bag that had mistakenly been put in while bagging. I called them up to see how I could return it and they told me that it was their fault and to keep it. They said they wouldn't expect me to go out of my way to correct their error. I will definitely be going back! Also, they offer a 15% military discount I believe.”

“Bought my wife a blazer and went to return,to my surprise they do not do any returns which in the beginning almost made me lose my mind as this was not mentioned . “I always end up visiting GUESS Factory at Wrentham Village because my wife wants to stop by whenever we're there. To be honest, outlet stores are usually quite similar, and this one is no exception. The good thing is that the layout is straightforward, so it's easy to find your way around from the moment you walk in.
As expected, my wife quickly found something she liked. Whether it's a handbag, a dress, or some accessories, she never seems to leave empty-handed—and this visit was no different. The selection is good, and there are usually plenty of deals available.
The prices are attractive for a brand like GUESS, and if you're lucky enough to find an additional coupon, you can save even more. The store isn't always perfectly organized, especially during busy periods, but overall it was a positive shopping experience and a worthwhile stop while visiting the outlet village.”
