“Recently visited the Zumiez location in Wrentham to pick up an online order and had such an amazing customer service experience thanks to store manager, Lysh!
One of the items I ordered was involved in a mix up, but rather than simply apologizing and leaving it at that, Lysh went above and beyond to find a solution. They contacted other locations to determine whether the item was available and took the time to verify my information to ensure I would be able to receive it. Throughout the entire process, Lysh remained professional, positive, and genuinely invested in helping me. Their kindness, energy, and commitment to providing excellent customer service made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly positive. What made this experience stand out even more was that earlier that same day, I had visited a luxury retailer and received some of the most disappointing customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. “I went into the store on 4/23 in the morning and it seemed that only one employee was working. She was folding clothes, helping customers with dressing rooms, and ringing up items. She never showed any sign of stress and smiled through it and was calm and cool given the obvious circumstance of being left alone to do all the tasks. She is a great employee who should be recognized. I only wish I was able to get her name but I’m sure the store knows who it was working at that time. “An outlet store , with a history of around a century for footwear, bags and outwear.Well stocked; however, keep an eye on modern trends and comforts demanded by customers' needs.
Staff, though helpful, need training as how to be vigilant without physically following the customers.Bulk attending is annoying.Prices are reasonable.”

“Great store with awesome deals. We love going to this store. Everything there is high quality and reasonably priced. The customer service is top notch as well. We got home (live about an hour away) and found an extra item in our bag that had mistakenly been put in while bagging. I called them up to see how I could return it and they told me that it was their fault and to keep it. They said they wouldn't expect me to go out of my way to correct their error. I will definitely be going back! Also, they offer a 15% military discount I believe.”
