“I can't say enough good things about Anthony (AJ). I needed new boots and bindings and had no idea what I was looking for. AJ and I discussed my riding priorities, went through different options, ultimately leading me to a great new step-in setup.
I'm not being sarcastic when I say I was literally in there for 3 hours. The customer service at this location is A+, and I will 100% be returning again when I need new gear.”

“I've been searching around home for a place that sells Puma products and can never find one. I went on vacation from Canada this last week and stumbled upon this Puma Outlet in Wrentham. I was beyond excited to see an actual Puma store. I got discouraged as there wasn't alot of size XXXL and size 13 shoes out but thought I'd ask if they had any of those sizes in the store. The guy working left the floor and came out with a huge box of XXXL shirts that were all on sale for 7$! Then I asked for size 13 shoes and a woman went into the back and came out with the pair I wanted for 27$. Another staff member showed me polo shirts and sweaters all on sale for no more than 20$ each. I met the manager and she was incredibly nice and polite. I absolutely loved my experience at this store and will definetly go back again to buy from Wrentham Puma. I spent 260$ in Canadian money at the store and totalled up if everything was full price in Canada it would have been over 800$. This store is amazing with massive sales available and an awesome crew of workers.”

“Let me start off by saying Keeshea is amazing! Her customer service and communication was amazing. I’ve gotten a pair of shorts for my birthday from my parents and when you get a gift there was no receipt but with knowing the date of purchase and calling my mom to get the last 4 of her card keeshea found the transaction. Her patience was amazing in a situation like this. Glad I went on a day she was working. 5 stars to her! And the cashier Joel was very understanding at this time as well and didn’t rush us but both were super helpful!”

“This place was amazing!!! I went to get my kid’s cleats and they helped with everything and had really good suggestions. There is turf on half of the store for trying out cleats and kicking around which is so helpful. We spent 2 hours there and they were super patient the whole time. Totally recommend!”

IMHO , the shoes are the best deals.
The staff are really friendly and if the store is not busy, they will often attend you until you are done.”
