She was patient, calming, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting paint for our entire house. I left the store feeling happy and excited about our choices. Brooke was fantastic, and the store itself was fantastic. Highly recommend!”
“Was just in Triboro Paint in Foxboro and Rocky the manager took my order and right from the get go he was super friendly, very knowledgeable in every way about my paint and stain questions. He was super helpful guiding me in the right direction with my color choices.
You can tell he has been in the paint industry for many many years.

It's a warm environment for a hardware store, and as a woman taking on a massive amount of home renovations, I've never felt dumb or small when asking for help here.”

“I'm writing this review specifically to give kudos to Derek Rock who delivered a huge load of lumber to my house. Derek was put in a tough situation where the driveway where the delivery could be placed was needed for a dumpster instead. There were not many places to put the load for a small house on a small street. He was able to suggest out of the box ideas and was able to expertly and quickly place all the huge pallets that took up nearly every foot of available space on the front of my property. He was very careful to cause as little damage to our lawn and bushes as possible. I am very grateful for Derek and the care he treated my property as if it were his own. Thanks so much!”

“I bought a Purdy roller from Amazon. This was a non-standard one and no roller cover will fit to it. I took it to it to this store hoping I can find the right roller cover. Store manager Dan was surprised to see this and said he never saw anything like this. I got to know from him that SW owns the brand Purdy. He gave me a standard roller for free and asked me to return the wrong one to Amazon while making a note for it. To me, this is the epitome of customer service. Thanks SW for hiring people like Dan!”
