“Best place around, what ever the Big outlets, dont carry ever or any more, this family owned place does, and more, if for some reason they don't have in stock, they will gladly help order it for you. Been regularly going there since they do carry whatever I can't find at the big dealers, and the sons are the most helpful and kindest dudes you will ever meet. Love that place, its become my go to well before any others.RegardsBrian Teiner”
“I needed to repaint my vinyl shutters and door and I read that the best paint for this is Benjamin Moore. Off I went to Triboro. They explained all of my choices and I picked my paint chips. After much deliberation, I returned and picked my color. I carried my paint home and started to paint. It was pink! Not just pink but screaming neon pink! OMG, what did I do? I rushed back to the store. Yes they could fix my chosen color to a better color. I went home with my new color and it was …pink, not neon, but still pink. Back I went again and they tweaked my color again. This time I got exactly what I wanted, a deep, rich burgundy. I think with all of the back and forth, I met every employee in the store. They were all professional, lovely and kind. They all worked so hard to help me. I just finished my project and I am happy to say that it looks fabulous. I have always bought my paint at the big box stores. Not any more. I strongly recommend Triboro Benjamin Moore. Even if you screw up your color, they will fix it so that you will be proud of the final result.”
“Had a problem matching paint color. The emploees(owner) had me bring in pictures and paint can. They went overboard to come up with a solution. I'd highly recommend this business to anyone.”
“Doing a deck replacement and found their pricing for composite boards to be competitive. Dave in sales was very knowledgeable and responsive, found him great to work with. Paul maneuvered the delivery of 20' boards like it was nothing. Very pleased with my experiences.”
“Very friendly and helpful people here. Rocky is eager to help. We love Benjamin Moore paints and Triboro can color match if you don’t know the name or number of your old paint. It’s great to have them so close to home.”
“I've come into this store a few times. Everyone is always kind, acknowledge you if they are w another customer. Today I was helped by Nate & Liz! They were awesome! They knew the products and was able to get me what I was looking for. Very nice, personable and professional!”
“I'll pick this Ace/depaults over any other hardware store ive ever been to. The staff is always super helpful in a genuiely friendly way. It's a warm environment for a hardware store, and as a woman taking on a massive amount of home renovations, I've never felt dumb or small when asking for help here.”
“Sales associate was friendly and knowledgable. He was able to make a perfect match of the paint sample that was provided.Much better experience than you would ever get at a big box store.”
“For Patrick up there... .. just admit you got the wrong color and tried to return it after you already had it tinted... they put a little dab on the top so you can see the color on the can too. Accidents do happen but it sounds like u made a few mistakes while ordering your paint... 1 being that eggshell is the finish (level of shine between flat and satin) and it is NOT the name of the color.... when a mistake is made on their end, they absolutely will give you the right color and take back the can of paint that was the wrong color”
