“I've been with this location since 9/2019 and the staff has always been super helpful when it's been needed. Easily accessible and security is great in the building. The aisles are the right size that if needed someone else can use a dolly with you not being in the way. But you'll rarely see someone else at the same time as you. The five years I've been there I've only seen a handful of people or hear them on the other side of the building.
Recently however I have discovered mouse droppings in my unit and I can only hope that they haven't gotten to some important belongings of mine. If they have it will certainly be a bummer.
My other concern which tends to be the same of others is the increase in the least cost. Which I know must happen since it's a very competitive area. But it's to the point where it's getting close to where I will be unable to afford it much longer.
My first month was $14.45. the following month went to $101 but after talking to them they brought it down to $76 for one month. Fast forward to about a week ago (currently paying $174) I received in the mail my unit will be going to $210. If I was someone who passes out easily I would have been knocked out on the pavement. Unfortunately I have had to start looking elsewhere to keep my belongings safe. Living in Dorchester it was worth it to take the hike over into Norwood by the MBTA or Uber because the exceptional service I have continuously received. I can only hope when I do eventually find a new unit that the staff and security is as top notch as the ones here.”

“Was little to no congestion, resulting in plenty of space and manuverability. When busy it can be tight as the Lanes used to access the unit's are a little narrow. It's not the four seasons, and it's not a pretty place, it is however practical and effective for your storage needs.”

“The only reason I'm dropping down to four stars is that extra space storage raises their prices. The prices should stay as is if you check the tax records on this building the employees are getting paid it just doesn't add sense. Something has to give corporate has to start saying once a person is locked in pastor price for the next 5 years...,... That's why I'm giving you a four star ⭐ extra space storage managers should get together and stop saying we're not going to raise the prices for our clients we want our clients but you guys are good for me I'm leaving you guys at 4 stars”
“Needed to find a storage unit fast. The Walpole, MA location had just what we wanted. Jenn talked about my options and had the answers. She really knows her stuff and made the process easy and fun. Made me very comfortable leaving our things in storage there because of her professionalism.

“The manager Alexis was such a sweet girl. I went thru a really hard time last year, I was homeless and naturally needed to put some things away until I solved the issue. When I went back to get my things I couldn’t fit it all in my teeny car. With it being so far away fro my new apt I can’t go back & she waived the fee for me. They were great. I was late on payments a few times & she always worked with me. There’s some really nice people here.”

Brad is very friendly, helpful and organized when it comes to processing your rental going out and checking it back in. The facility is large and has a variety of storage options from unheated to conditioned storage and is easy to get to off Washington Street. If you need a U-Haul or storage in the local Franklin-Bellingham-Mendon-Wrentham region this is a good place to consider.”
“We used Olympia Moving for and in town move today and had just the best experience! The movers were so friendly and accommodating when we asked questions or made suggestions. They assembled and disassembled a complex loft bed with ease and accuracy. They moved our entire house in approximately 4ish hours - we were in awe!
