“Outstanding experience from start to finish. Contacted Mini Warehousing to research a container for my business. I spoke with Tammie and she was super helpful and answered all my questions. Then I went on to site to hand pick the container I wanted. Lee was there to help - again, incredibly friendly and helpful. He answered questions and helped me through my own thought process. With his help, I was able to find a needle in a haystack - a 20' Double Door container! 3 days later, Josh is delivering the container. AND Josh is OUTSTANDING! He did such a super job! Communicated, punctual, nice and so proficient at placing and leveling the container exactly where I wanted it.
Well done across the board! I highly recommend Mini Warehousing.”
“Excellent service. Robert not only helped me with the rental of a climate controlled unit, but also helped me navigate how to use the phone App to gain access in and out of the storage area.
I have another rental unit across the street and was never told about the phone app access. So much easier to manage with the phone. Thanks Robert.”
“Quick and easy help at this location! I originally got my unit online but needed to switch to a bigger unit. I was able to get my questions answered in the office and get my unit switched to a bigger unit. Thank you for all the help and making the process super quick and easy!”
“I had a great experience at Park Place Self Storage in Norwood, thanks to Kayla. On 08/12/2026 I was loading a lot of items onto a truck and ran into a few issues along the way, and Kayla checked in on me throughout the day to see if I needed any help. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and her attentiveness and willingness to pitch in made a stressful moving day so much easier. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care and customer service. Kayla is a huge asset to this facility, and I’d highly recommend Park Place Self Storage to anyone, especially if you get the chance to work with her!”

“I had an amazing experience with Jenn at CubeSmart! She was super helpful, kind, cheerful, and made the whole process incredibly quick and easy. She was not only professional but also genuinely fun to talk to — she had a great sense of humor and made it feel less like I was dealing with a business and more like I was catching up with an old friend.
Jenn went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and her positive attitude really stood out. CubeSmart is lucky to have someone like her representing them. Thank you, Jenn, for making the experience such a great one!”

“These guys are the A team! We did the full stop moving service which was A LOT of work because we have a big family and large home. These guys looked like the military special forces and performed as such. They managed impossible and I will never move without them again. HIGHLY recommend. I know it feels like a lot of money to spend, but it couldn't be more worth it.”
“This is our 2nd move with Brookline Moving Co. We had such a great experience with them the first move that we called them again for our next move, seven years later. They provided the same level of care with our belongings and property and were very professional. They are easy to work with and so accommodating. On top of that, it was extremely hot outside and they didn't let that slow them down, amazingly! Additionally, their pricing is very reasonable. We highly recommend Brookline Moving Co!”

“The extra space storage in Norwood has been great! Tim, has been great from the start as well! I was in the process of taking over my fathers storage space at this facility and Tim has even called me to remind me of when the late fees would start, as I did not know the payment due date as it was previously my fathers. Great experience, customer service and attention. Thank you!”
