I started off with one 10 x 15 container and have now amased up to 4 with my business needs. Highly recommend them. It’s also climate controlled.”
“We used Olympia Moving for and in town move today and had just the best experience! The movers were so friendly and accommodating when we asked questions or made suggestions. They assembled and disassembled a complex loft bed with ease and accuracy. They moved our entire house in approximately 4ish hours - we were in awe! However their professionalism and demeanor was most impressive! Trust me - we shopped around for movers and the price was competitive and fair but definitely well spent. Use Olympia movers!!!!”

“The first thing that grabbed my attention was the wonderful way I was treated on the phone by the support person who was hailing from Philadelphia but could tell me all about the unit I was interested in here in Millis, Massachusetts. She even made the suggestion to pull the unit from the inventory to make sure no one got in ahead of me. I was able to rest assured that my choice was secure before going into the storage facility itself. Later that same day I proceeded to the brand new facility and was greeted by a very competent young man who processed my selection and took me right to the storage unit. It was a plus that I could access the unit with a code 24/7. I found a clean well secured and air conditioned unit to my liking. I was able to move in the same day as making the phone call. Great customer service.”
“I've been using and recommending 109 self-storage for 10+ years now. Donna is great and will get you all setup... *IF* they have the space! Everything is drive-up access basic unheated dry storage: but no stairs or in-building style storage. Drive past the "mini overflow parking" - the attendant notes you are there for storage. Then 1. after you are past the attendant, 2. you have your unique code to gate in and out (recorded), and 3. only *THEN* you get to your personally locked storage unit.”
“Was little to no congestion, resulting in plenty of space and manuverability. When busy it can be tight as the Lanes used to access the unit's are a little narrow. It's not the four seasons, and it's not a pretty place, it is however practical and effective for your storage needs.”
“Have rented U-Haul trucks here for business (of which they have a good inventory as well as a few trailers). Brad is very friendly, helpful and organized when it comes to processing your rental going out and checking it back in. The facility is large and has a variety of storage options from unheated to conditioned storage and is easy to get to off Washington Street. If you need a U-Haul or storage in the local Franklin-Bellingham-Mendon-Wrentham region this is a good place to consider.”

“I live out of state and was in dire need of immediate storage due to family move. I went there first thing in morning and poor woman wasn’t even out of her car yet. I felt horribly bombarding her but she couldn’t have been more pleasant. We went inside and she immediately helped me. Ami is very, very pleasant and willing to go out of her way to accommodate you as I needed to change the size of the unit mid month. Ami gave me a few different options and settled on what we thought wold be sufficient, she said let her know if anything changed and she would work with me. Very happy I chose this facility and even happier Ami is working there to help you.”
