If she hadn't given me that opportunity, selecting a piece would have been impossible because there is so much gorgeous jewelry! Rachel was patient and kind, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and had an excellent sense of fashion and style! She somehow knew exactly what I'd like and made suggestions for pieces which perfectly complimented my personality! “Swarovski store with a nice large selection with a very nice staff. Second we walked in, the staff asked us if we needed help, were not "shadowy" and were very nice. When the wife found a piece she liked, and was ready to check out, the sales rep asked if she wanted one that was unopened and gladly went and grabbed it for us. After my bad experience in other stores in this outlet mall, Swarovski's customer service was very welcome. I highly recommend checking this place out if you like crystal decorations and jewelers.”
