“I went into Rockland Trust in Centerville Massachusetts because I was told they have Notary services. I walked in and every teller greeted me warmly. I had about ten pages to have notarized and I am not a customer of the bank. A lady named Sarah sat down with me and notarized all my documents. She was so pleasant and patient and got it done expeditiously. I asked how much I owed and she said, “Nothing”!! I was so impressed that this bank does this for anyone who needs it done. As I left, every one said goodbye and I actually felt that I should open an account there. What a pleasure to deal with a company whose employees like their jobs. Lovely experience”

“I have been with this bank for almost 2 years now, this Citizens in particular has incredible staff. They are very kind and make you feel welcomed, they have never been rude to me like other bank tellers have been in the past. 10/10 great bank and great staff.
The only issue I’ve had is when my wallet got stolen, I could not get a new card because my old number was linked to my account. I have to go in person to get a new card and to change my number now.”
