“What a difference. I stopped coming here a couple years ago, because of the rude young pharmacist that used to work there. It looks like a whole new crew is there now, and it's like night and day. While I'm not a fan of the self checkouts at the front of the store, the young guy that was there offered to ring me up, was very nice, and when he wasn't helping customers, he was tidying up the register area-this was a huge difference from when I used to come in, and the girl never looked up from her phone but to glare at people, as if they were inconveniencing her when they would ask a question, or for help. Clearly some much needed positive changes have been implemented here. Well done!”
