“Associates in the store knew exactly where items should be. 2 of 3 items I wanted were not available in the size I wanted. In both instances, the associate worked to try to find a substitute for the items I wanted. They were very pleasant and helpful.”

In this day and age having an employee that aware of a positive customer service experience is a bonus - he's a keeper Home Depot. The MOD was MIA - and Eddie seemed to know how to run the show and get things accomplished.He and Randall loaded our purchase and helped us when we returned for our second load. “This place is the best local hardware store I have found on cape. Great selection and the staff is INCREDIBLE. Very helpful and super friendly staff, they had an obscure finish I needed for a painting project then custom matched a paint color I needed as well. While I was there, the staff helped multiple customers with what they needed by phone/in-person (stellar service everytime)! Highly recommend!!!!”
