“Love having a membership with them and being able to get gas cheaper than the gas stations nearby. Only downside is waiting in line occasionally/ pumps being closed off without knowing until you’ve waited 20 minutes. Pump does take a little long to register card details and whatnot.”
“If making a delivery to this store they don’t allow overnight parking and the receiving lady isn’t very pleasant when checking in . However they do have a restroom inside the store and the staff encountered inside the store were polite and friendly. When coming in on Hwy 21 you will turn left onto Gazin st and follow the drive into the store to the docks there is room to turn around to dock not a difficult dock. I delivered on 7/8/24 some material for the remodel inside the store and the crew I dealt with were helpful and gave me guidance as to where they needed their supplies.”

“My husband uses a very commomn med that simply cannot be found anywhere right now. None of the usual pharmacys have it and cannot tell us when they will get it back. I called HomeTown on a last ditch call as we need it before a trip. They got one in today and set it aside for us til we could get the script sent over. So kind and helpful! I'll be moving all our meds over there moving forward. Thank you!!”
“While this may be just a Walgreens, it's one of the best ones I've had occasion to use. It's in a quiet part of Grand rapids at the easternmost end of 28th Street.
I haven't been dazzled or amazed, but the store is well run and that's the important part. It's very clean including the customer bathrooms. The shelves are nearly organized and stocked. Prescriptions were ready much sooner than promised or than I expected.
The staff were helpful and efficient taking and printing passport photos for me. When a line of five customers suddenly formed at the single open checkout register, extra help arrived to open another register in just half a minute.
I've had no complaints.

“Great store nice staff Joe the cashier help me often when I come in he’s fast and efficient and has great customer service. Kathy and bill are also great employees that help when it’s needed. Some of the meat is slightly expired sometimes and The prices are slightly high but it’s a Convenient Grocery store That’s close with a very family like staff.”

“These guys are the absolute friggin best of the best! I came to them because the air valve stem on one tire was cracked and the cap was stuck on there, preventing me to add air.You know what these guys did? They replaced it for free. Didn't charge me anything. And they inflated all my tires to the correct PSI. They refused to take my money. I couldn't believe it. It's not everyday someone does something for you free of charge.(The sensors didn't work anyway)”
“Well stocked location with an attached gas station that normally at a significantly lower price than other stations. The workers are normally friendly and helpful- but just like a lot of places- they seem short staffed. Have patience with the checkout lane- unless you have the free app that takes a job away from a potential cashier and lets you ring up your own stuff for no discount.”

“I almost always have a good experience at this CVS. The pharmacist often knows our names without asking, as we are regulars. I feel like they care about my family. It does seem, on the weekends this past year, they are short staffed and the lines can get a little long. I don't think I have ever waited longer than 10 minutes.”
