“I worked with Pocahontas who went above and beyond today. I had issues with my bank so I couldn’t actually use the post office for my transaction, but she was dedicated, kept my transaction suspended and even came back over her lunch to attempt the transaction. Thanks to her service I have a renewed faith in the post office and she was by far the best postal service employee I have ever interacted with!”

“A little out of my reach personally as the bus doesnt go there, but the service and the peace going in the check my box; everyone has always been very helpful and able to problem solve quickly what is what. Even when I have 20 questions, remembering that even if I get frustrated, that I can ask for on paper information, if that is what I need. I am multisensory impaired, so for me... this is a great office, calm, nice layout, and knowledgeable staff.”

“Went recently to get some money orders and there was a few people in line ahead of me. It’s the holidays so that’s not unusual. It took about five minutes for my turn at the counter and the clerk was helpful and kind throughout the process. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, it was first time at this location and I think it was great service. Y’all need to chill.”
