never answer the phone and have had a package sent back to the seller twice after my address was confirmed correct on it.

Another piece of mail NOT delivered. Happens all the time. Good thing I have my mail scanned even though it doesn't do any good. They usually tell me they can't find it, and wait for a latter delivery which never comes. Lazy government employees.

Apparently, my package is being held. I'm trying to call to find out if my package is being held there. Their phone system keeps hanging up on me. I can't understand why they don't simply deliver the package!!!
