“This company was extremely easy to use from the start. They quoted me a reasonable price and delivered exactly the service they promised.
I especially want to shout out Chris who was a fantastic driver and really made the experience great.”
“I was running my car at Grattan Raceway and I needed a tire from my trailer repaired and they did it very quickly to get me back to the track while it was closed over the lunch hour. Great guys with a sense of urgency understood!”

“Terrible customer service, stay local for repairs. This place is the Wal-Mart of body shops, see how fast and sloppy work can be “completed” and get your vehicle back without all repairs done. Consumer be aware”

“This was seriously the fastest that I've ever been helped. I had a flat tire on the highway. I called AAA, they called Nelson's and in less than 45 minutes I was back on the road on my way to Belle Tire. HIGHLY IMPRESSED!! And the driver they sent out was really nice and super fast!”
“Jager Automotive was able to quickly slide our family van in thier schedule to replace it's tires before the coming snowstorm.
I appreciated the comprehensive safety check that identified a few maintenance issues needing to be addressed, and will be scheduling service on those items soon.
Thanks Chris.”

“Chris was awesome and came in on his day off and rescued us. Stuck in the middle of a flooded road in 30° weather. He got us right into his truck and warmed up and safely home.”

“The first person I met in the shop was the "hitch guy", which was awkward and uncomfortable. You would think that front desk people (or whoever is manning the desk at the time) should at least greet guests or ask them why they are there but I'm pretty sure I just stood there before asking him for service. When the lady came in, everything went smooth and the move we had went without a problem. The truck we used in comparison to other ones we rented SUCKED, and to be specific, the acceleration, creakiness, and overall shape. However, in all fairness, everything worked out and we were not charged any sneaky or unfair charges.”

“My car engine died in the middle of a busy road. The tow truck arrived within roughly about 15-20 mins. MIKE who towed my car gave me a very quick and smooth service and was very experienced. He was nice enough to even give me a ride back home on the tow truck. The service itself costed me lesser than I expected it.”
