“My starter went out and i was connected with Grand Valley Towing LLC, and had a fantastic experiance. I know you do usually call a towing fantastic. Really it was thanks to Holly! From the moment she arrived, she was incredibly friendly and cheerful, even at 12am. Thats exactly what you need when you're stressed out on the side of the road. My car is my everything. It gets me to where I need to go and then some. It is pretty scary watching your car get towed. Holly knew what she was doing and handled everything with kindess and compassion, making the whole process smooth and worry-free. She even took the time to wait an extra 10mins with me for my Uber to arrive and take me home which I really appreciated because I was alone, cold, and it was almost 1am at this point. Her upbeat attitude turned what could have been a terrible night into a surprisingly pleasant experience. If you need a tow, I would highly recommend Grand Valley Towing LLC. If you're lucky enough to get Holly, you're in great hands!

“The first person I met in the shop was the "hitch guy", which was awkward and uncomfortable. You would think that front desk people (or whoever is manning the desk at the time) should at least greet guests or ask them why they are there but I'm pretty sure I just stood there before asking him for service. When the lady came in, everything went smooth and the move we had went without a problem.The truck we used in comparison to other ones we rented SUCKED, and to be specific, the acceleration, creakiness, and overall shape. However, in all fairness, everything worked out and we were not charged any sneaky or unfair charges.”

“Shout out to Justin (driver) tonight for getting my car towed to the mechanic. AAA dispatch told me I could go home and wait since it was going to be a while yet and that I’d get text updates when the driver is on the way. The last text I received was a 67 min ETA. Justin called me when he arrived and had to wait about 5 minutes for me to return. He was very chill and understanding about it. He did great work and loaded/unloaded very efficiently and was very personable! Thank you!!”

“Nick was awesome. Called and within 30 mins or so he was out there and got my car hooked up and on the bed in under a few mins. Super nice and willing to get to know me and why my car was coming along for the ride.
We talked dnd, my unemployment, and even gave me some nice local leads to check out. Pricing wasn’t too bad either, just under $200 for almost 18 miles back home.”
