“Had a ford F250 Diesel needing towing from Wyoming to Wayland , i expected a higher quote than what they set for me . The prices were phenomenal especially considering when I need towing , I need a more heavy duty truck . Erik was a great guy, and I believe the Kind lady I spoke with on the phone was named Michelle, both of them had Awesome customer service.”

“My tow was from the SE side of GR. to Newaygo. I can't say enough about Grant and his professionalism for a young man. Also thank you to Kat(SP) for her professionalism on the call. “The first person I met in the shop was the "hitch guy", which was awkward and uncomfortable. You would think that front desk people (or whoever is manning the desk at the time) should at least greet guests or ask them why they are there but I'm pretty sure I just stood there before asking him for service. When the lady came in, everything went smooth and the move we had went without a problem. The truck we used in comparison to other ones we rented SUCKED, and to be specific, the acceleration, creakiness, and overall shape. However, in all fairness, everything worked out and we were not charged any sneaky or unfair charges.”

“Great service, blew a tire on the highway. Adam pulled over his truck and offered assistance. He got a truck out for me, took me back to the yard and then dropped me off at my hotel as I was in town for business. Brad the owner checked on me, allowed me to go into the secured yard to get everything out of my vehicle, offered assistance even in getting plates off my car as I only had a rental. Went above and beyond to help.”
