“Great group of people! I went to the office hoping to retrieve an important package that had been delayed before it was put on the truck for delivery. The entire staff jumped into action looking for the package. The driver was still loading- he ran to the truck, found the package and brought it to me. I could not believe the level of concern from the entire staff for my issue!”

“I recently had to deal with some mail theft. The help provided by the employee of the Somerset Center P.O. went above and beyond what was expected. If only the rest of the USPS had the same ambition and concern she has, it would be a better world!”

“I always get great service from this location. Lisa is personable, professional and organized. I ship and receive a lot of packages and she is GREAT to work with. Why she isn't a postmaster I don't know.”

“My friend accidentally put the zip for the house # and zip code in the mailing address. I mailed the package without even realizing it. When I checked the status and it said undeliverable I checked the address and knew why immediately. Anyways I called the post office the next day and they were hoping that someone would call. They held the package for me and my friend was able to pick it up. Great customer service, thanks!!”
