Great staff. Friendly and helpful every time I needed something. When I emptied and closed my account i didn't give 10 days notice and it was the end of the month. My account was charged but willow lake self storage put the money back. Would definitely recommend.

Office is only open 2 days a week but the staff is very helpful. 24 hour access but sometimes the gate doesn't work. Storage units are connexes so there are no lights and condensation forming and dripping on boxes during winter.
