“I"m a donut eater with 65+ years actual eating experience. As a kid of 8, I'd walk to the bakery and buy a dozen donuts for $0.60. So yeah I'm old but I know donuts. Since moving to Michigan 38 years ago, I've eaten lots of donuts from lots of bakeries. In my opinion, Morning Fresh Bakeries is in the top 3 of all I've sampled in Michigan. My favorite is a raspberry filled donut with a raspberry frosting. My buddy Ken loves the lemon filled donuts which I tried last week and have to admit was very good. Another friend Dick likes the fluff filled long John with chocolate frosting. Had one yesterday and it too was tasty. In the 20 years of getting a donut or two when I'm in Adrian, I've never had one I didn't like. That along with friendly service makes them a winner in my book.”

“I have had nothing but great dealings with TLC, since moving to Adrian from Grand Rapids in 1981 when the Meijer opened. I had been with the Meijer Credit Union since 1971, so I knew how Credit Unions operated, and it was more accessible now that I lived in this community. My wife and I have had multiple loans through TLC, from autos through home, with always a lower interest rate than banks. I have always been treated with dignity and respect from all employees. whether at a window or in an office. I promote TLC as a great institution to keep money in, to our children and friends alike, because we truly are members, and not customers. Instead of profits going to shareholders, WE are the shareholders, and the profit is returned to us, in the form of higher savings rates, and lower loan interest rates. Who could ask for anything more.”
