Lowes is great but not the John deere company they go through in Michigan. It is taking 3 weeks to get the lawn mower we ordered because they couldn't read instructions to build it for us not just ship it to us. Not happy with John Deere at all

There was this young guy in the garden centre and this elderly gentleman cashier in the garden centre, we forgot to ask for their names but they were exceptionally helpful and amazing. We were having issues with understanding prices and both of them patiently helped us despite being such a busy day.
