“Went in to transfer my iPhone 11 data to my new Samsung galaxy 23 and Johnathan was extremely helpful. He helped us get the dongle we needed to complete the transfer. My biggest issue was that I could not login to my apple ID or even reset it, which made it difficult to transfer wirelessly, so his help in figuring out how to do it by connecting them with wires was great. He was very nice and attentive about the whole issue.”

Sorry to read the negative reviews, what a bunch of Karens who don’t know how the world works. Especially to the person complaining about being charged a fee, if you went to Best Buy Geek squad with an issue they would charge you for their services. Nobody works for free.”
