“Came here today with my dad so my dad could get a new phone. Customer service was amazing and I understood things would take a long time because we were switching phone companies.
I feel so bad for the worker there as when I was there today 2 people came in and complained and yelled at the person who was working (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, but it wasn’t the guy named “woody”, it was someone else.) for something completely out of his control. Instead of leaving, they caused a scene. The person who was working didn’t fight back and he was just calm about the entire thing. He did as much as he could, also, he is excellent at multitasking. He needs a raise, like seriously.
Don’t go to a store thinking that the workers are a god who can fix all of your problems for you, in 10 minutes. It was sad to see customers complaining for no reason.
Anyways, the person who helped us did amazing and I want him to know that. 10/10 would come here if you have common sense and patience as a normal person should. If I could rate this store higher I would.”
