The ladies at Northstar Bank in Akron are the best. Customers feel like family when they walk in the doors. Extremely helpful and prompt at fixing any issues with an account and with a smile. The ladies at the Akron branch are kind, helpful and sweet to children. Hometown feel and watching out for customers. Great customer service from the branch, positive and helpful. Outstanding job, great atmosphere, favorite branch. The team are great to work with, go the extra mile to make sure all concerns are addressed and customers feel confident choosing to be a Northstar customer.
